Buying products/services individually
You can buy all we have to offer, or pick your own
product/service to fill
in your learning gaps. Our LMS, Authoring Tool, Learning/Partner Training Hubs,
Custom Content Creation and Content Library are all available to buy separately.
Do I get an account manager?
You can get a dedicated account manager with our Business
and Enterprise plans who
will provide a premium level of support, onboarding sessions, assistance with your
set-up, data and content
migration and any integrations, which you may require.
Can I upgrade?
You can upgrade to a Business or Enterprise plan at any
point
throughout your contract.
Do you offer discounts?
If you are willing to pay upfront for multiple service
years, or multiple bespoke
courses, we will be able to discuss discount opportunities.
Can you support less than 100 users?
Generally speaking we work with businesses who have at
least 100 users,
but you can make an enquiry if you have e.g. 50 or 60 users and are looking to grow your
business to 100
employees soon and we can design a custom plan for your needs. If you have less than 50
users,
it wouldn’t be commercially viable for us to support your business and you would be
better off finding a
cheaper alternative solution aimed at smaller size businesses.
Can you support over 1000 users?
Absolutely. The vast majority of our existing clients
have over 1000 users and we
currently support several businesses with 10k, 100k and 200k active users.
What if we want to train external customers and partners but
are unsure about
the user numbers?
We would suggest booking a demo to look at our Hubs
product which is
designed for businesses who are unsure about their user numbers and can pay a fixed
license for the server
load rather than “per user” pricing model. We charge for our Learning Hubs / Partner
Hubs in a unique way.
In today’s market, it is not economically viable to train 1000’s of Clients, Partners,
Resellers or End-users,
the classic pay per user per month model means that the ROI isn’t there, or the juice
isn’t worth the squeeze so to say.
We redesigned external training by charging for server space, not user accounts, now
it’s possible
to deliver training to any number of users, without the extortionate price tag.

Does your system work on mobile devices?
All My Learning Hub software and e-learning courses are
fully mobile-responsive and work
on any mobile device. We also have native iOS and Android apps available.
Can you build custom e-learning courses?
Yes, we have a team of experienced designers,
illustrators,
3D animation specialists and instructional designers on hand who can help you prepare
the materials and assist
with your storyboard development in case you have never done it before. If you want to
build some beautiful and
engaging e-learning courses specific to your business, you are in the right hands.
Support
My Learning Hub focuses on delivering a hand-held and
high touch support service,
with our Business and Enterprise packages, you are assigned a Dedicated Implementation
Manager, they are your eyes
and ears for the project. Once you go-live you will be assigned a Dedicated Support
Manager. This person will remain
the same for your entire agreement, and their job is to get to know your organisation
and make sure you are comfortable,
they are also available for calls, emails, webinars and general questions around
potential challenges you might be facing,
or to give some guidance.
Can I edit the content?
Of course! That’s the whole point. Any materials built
inside My Learning Hub Authoring
Tool are completely editable and customizable.
Who owns the content?
The content supplied within our library is owned by My
Learning Hub.
The content that has been developed specifically for your organisation would be fully
owned by you and you will
always be able to export your learning content from the system in the SCORM 2004 format.
Content Library
Our content is regularly updated, all materials have been
reviewed within the last year.
We will continue to review and update our content, as and when this happens, if you have
purchased the content, you will
receive the updated files for free in line with your licence.
Server Locations
Storing data safely and securely is important, and in
today’s world, so is the location,
we have a variety of locations available internationally to fit any requirements.
Including Frankfurt, Singapore,
San Francisco and London.

We like to support charities and NFPs, we have discounts
available, if this is you,
just let your sales representative know.
Adding your data to My Learning Hub
Many clients need support when it comes to data
migration, your dedicated Project
Manager will be on hand to assist you with preparing your data and moving it on to My
Learning Hub, you won’t need
