When Mitutoyo needed a learning management system (LMS) to provide a learning management hub for its employees to use to increase their product knowledge and skill set, it selected My Learning Hub, signing a five-year contract.
Nicole Smith, HR Business Partner at Mitutoyo, explains that the implementation began in late 2019 and that the LMS was launched to employees on 1 February 2020. This was ahead of schedule and Nicole describes the implementation as “very easy”:

Nicole managed the implementation herself, not needing a team, and always received timely responses from the My Learning Hub team in the UK.
